executable? Dot is one of the languages loaded in publish.sh,

I revised ob-doc-dot.org so .build.yml shouldn't need to install a
graphviz/dot package.
The file exports to html locally without issue, but Worg builds
have been failing again so I'm unable to see the results on Worg.
Worg builds have been failing at least since I pushed changes to
ob-doc-sed.org on Sunday.
