Correcting myself: It *should* be expected to work, because graphviz
should be included in the Debian/testing image.

Good, for now. We should still get to the bottom of why dot evaluation
fails when it's expected to work, though.

Frustrating. But ob-doc-sed.org doesn't seem to be the culprit, at
