It occurs to me that I probably shouldn't put radio.el in the worg repo, because I maintain it as part of Eon, and other parts of Eon will depend on it (in particular, the sound audition/annotation thing i described.) But the URL i gave (http://dto.mamalala.org/eon/radio.el ) is the standard location for the file (it's an hourly svn update), and I'm happy to take feature requests / bug reports on this list.
