Well, it turned out that R5 , 100 Ohm 2W SMT resistor, made no (good)
contact. I cleaned the solder pads and resoldered it. K3 #8862 is back.
Well, for now. I will replace R5 with a leaded R of same value, as
recomended by some.
Anyway, thank for all advice direct or via the reflector , special
