The final transistors in my KX3 are faulty and I'm now looking for a
pair or more of Mitsubishi RD15HVF1 marked G or -101. Transistors marked
G5 or -501 will not work. The transistors don't have to be matched, but
should probably have parameter values reasonably close. If you have some
to spare, please let me know.
