Good Evening,

   There was a steady, strong hissing noise on both bands.  Fast, fluttering QSB on top of slower QSB was common too.  Decent copy though.  The common theme on twenty meters was cold with snow.  On forty meters I was the only one to mention it.


  On 14051 kHz at 2300z:

W0CZ - Ken - ND

NO8V - John - MI

W8OV - Dave - TX


  On 7047.5 kHz at 0100z:

W0CZ - Ken - ND

K0DTJ - Brian - CA

WM5F - Dwight - ID

K6PJV - Dale - CA
