Meant metal conduit. From: Jonathan Poland <jonpol...@gmail.com> Sent: Wednesday, June 12, 2024 12:37 PM To: Jerry Moore <je...@carolinaheli.com> Cc: Elecraft Refl <Elecraft@mailman.qth.net> Subject: Re: [Elecraft] Other: Can you run coax inside metal conduit?
Do you mean metal conduit vs metal coax?? I don't know what you could mean by "metal coax". There is no technical problem running through conduit (although I don't know if there is a building code restriction). I used to have a problem where keying my transmitter on 20m rang the front doorbell. I don't know what issue you are having, but I'm imagining the garbage disposal spurting whenever you transmit 😁. Is there any problem running coax for HF through metal coax? Thanks in advance. Yes, I decided to keep my K3S.
