Make sure that the bandpass filters have been aligned carefully. Look
at the trimmers; if they are at the limits of capacity (the little metal

some problem which is preventing you from adjusting them to resonance.
Make sure that the power supply voltage is not dropping under load. The
K2 requires a good regulated power supply or well-charged battery, not a
wall wart!
