I am not a lawyer (my mother loved me nonetheless), but that sure sounds like a
conspiracy in restraint of trade, a violation of the
1890 Sherman Anti-Trust Act.
I'm not a big fan of the 1890 Sherman Anti-Trust Act, but if I have to obey it,
so does everyone else!
