The Alaska Center for Conservation Science at the University of Alaska -
Anchorage is hiring two (2) temporary (seasonal) field technicians

to
help implement the Bureau of Land Management’s (BLM) lotic Assessment,
Inventory, and Monitoring <https://www.blm.gov/aim> (AIM) sampling in the
Arctic-Yukon-Kuskokwim region. Technicians will help sample stream habitat
conditions in remote southwestern Alaska throughout summer 2025 and will be
required to work in the backcountry for long hours at mainly
helicopter-access sites. Please contact Audrey Huff (aehu...@alaska.edu) or
Erin Larson (elarso...@alaska.edu) if you have any questions.

Please apply by December 16th for priority consideration. After that,
applications will be considered on a rolling basis.
