is that still an issue? ** No longer affects: unity

Matching subscriptions: dx-packages https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1137815 Title: window placement shifted down after restart Status in compiz package in Ubuntu: New Bug description: When compiz locks up I have to kill it an restart unity. When Unity comes back up the windows in every workspace are shifted down (by what appears to be the hight of the unity top bar) in their respective workspaces. This makes alt+tab annoying because now I've got all the windows from another workspace to sort through. It should be able to be reproduced consistently, by "pkill -9 compiz && unity --replace" This is on Precise, Unity version 5.14, compiz 1:0.9.7.8-0ubuntu1.4 To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/compiz/+bug/1137815/+subscriptions -- Mailing list: https://launchpad.net/~dx-packages Post to : dx-packages@lists.launchpad.net Unsubscribe : https://launchpad.net/~dx-packages More help : https://help.launchpad.net/ListHelp
