To recreate: 1) Full-screen an application (I've tried firefox, gvim and gedit). 2) Select *all* text using your mouse either in a text-box (firefox) or in the buffer (gvim, gedit), but do *NOT* edit-copy/Ctrl+c. 3) attempt to move your mouse far left to have the unity launcher appear. Expected results: launcher pops out. Actual results: no launcher. Additiona info: - If you select some of the text in (2), everything works as expected. - If you Edit->Copy or Ctrl+C to copy all the text, everything works as expected.
