Resolution: Won't Fix
I'm closing this bug and marking it as "won't fix" as it seems like it's a
problem with Tomcat's administrative webapp conflicting with DSpace. As Mark
mentioned above, the best fix is to either remove the Tomcat administrative
webapp, or change it to use a different URL (e.g. /tomcat-admin).
Hilton, let us know if you are still having problems. We'd be glad to help
out, and we can always re-open this issue if we are misunderstanding the
problem.
