Resolution: Cannot Reproduce
Assignee: Tim Donohue
My fault. It seems I had a second Solr config in my Tomcat which was
thoroughly confusing it. After removing the other Solr config, Solr starts
just fine.

> (1) Perform a fresh install of DSpace 1.6 RC1 on Windows (I'm on Windows 7)
> (2) In the final step, when you start up Tomcat, the following error appears
> in the Tomcat logs:
> SEVERE: Could not start SOLR. Check solr/home property
> java.lang.RuntimeException: Can't find resource 'solrconfig.xml' in classpath
> or 'solr/conf/', cwd=C:\Program Files\Apache Software
> Foundation\apache-tomcat-6.0.20\bin
> I've attache the full stacktrace of the error in the 'tomcat-startup-log'.
> Essentiallly the solrconfig.xml cannot be found. I'm not sure what the
> problem is quite yet, but am looking into it.
