Solr Statistics not starting on Windows Fresh install

(1) Perform a fresh install of DSpace 1.6 RC1 on Windows (I'm on Windows 7)
(2) In the final step, when you start up Tomcat, the following error appears in
the Tomcat logs:
SEVERE: Could not start SOLR. Check solr/home property
java.lang.RuntimeException: Can't find resource 'solrconfig.xml' in classpath
or 'solr/conf/', cwd=C:\Program Files\Apache Software
Foundation\apache-tomcat-6.0.20\bin
I've attache the full stacktrace of the error in the 'tomcat-startup-log'.
Essentiallly the solrconfig.xml cannot be found. I'm not sure what the problem
is quite yet, but am looking into it.
