['mvn package' doesn't filter ${dspace.dir} into various 'web.xml's
when following published 1.5.2 instructions.]Doesn't that job belong to 'ant fresh_install' or 'ant update'? I've never defined dspace.dir to Maven and yet the final installation has the parameters fixed up. I was under the impression that Maven shouldn't need to know anything about your runtime configuration. -- Mark H.
