1) Are you using NFS with multiple servers? If so, why not also the new mail_nfs_storage and mail_nfs_index settings? 2) Why dotlock_use_excl=no? Unless you're using NFSv2 it should work as "yes".

No NFS here. I don't know about the other ones. I will make the changes per your recommendations.

Why lock_method=dotlock and mmap_disable=yes then? Changing those to defaults could probably help with those Squat bugs as well. :)
