Hi Clive, How are you trying to connect to the NAS? Via DNS or IP address? Are you able to ping it from either?
If you can ping it, try running an `nmap` scan, from memory the following command should do that for you (substituting x.x.x.x for the device's IP): nmap -sT X.X.X.X -Pn It may take a little while to run, so don't worry if it doesn't seem to be doing anything for a bit.
