I've been trying to log on to the Dorset Council website using my
username and password I set up over 10 years ago (and used regularly since).
After several failures, I decided to create a new username with the
password from before. The response was:

My password consists of three words followed by a year and an
exclamation mark (no spaces) and I reckon that complies with the above.
Does anyone disagree?
