Neither ‘Caesar Augustus Rocks’, or ‘Theresa May Sucks’ are accepted
despite being ‘valid dictionary words’.

No, else you wouldn't get the error.

The regexp has errors in that it doesn't do the author's intent,
but there's no bug in the execution of it.
