I agree with this rationale, but I would rather frame any document more like “if you are doing this things might not work” rather than saying “these are hard limits”. In any case, any document like this is doomed to fail unless you can get the DNS Silos to sign it with their own blood, because any rational argument will be shot down with “but it works with …”.
