Actually, no.  We kept it very deliberate and generic so it could be
used in any context.  The requirement, though, is that it only conveys a
code between the client of any type and the server of any type.  It
shouldn't be a code that is proxied from a more distant server through
something else (IE, copy/paste of a code is prohibited) because a client
must have a concept of what server is actually generating the error code
and this isn't understandable when proxied.
