I think you will find ENTs in more TLDs than not.  They certainly
exist in .US and .CA and lots of others like .AC .AD .AE .AERO .AF .AG
..AI .AL .AM .AO .AR .ARPA .AS .AT .AU .AW .AZ and those are just the
ones that start with A.
