Thank you for proposing / organizing this - there has been a lot of
discussions, but (as demonstrated by the list of WGs in the To: line) it is
somewhat unclear where the discussions should happen -- I'm planning on
asking the secretariat to please make us a mailing list to better focus the
discussions -- does anyone have a strong objection to this?

(also, a good suggestion for a name would be helpful :-))

I don't think the execution is relevant when it was obviously a bad idea in
the first place.
This is like putting rabid weasels in your pants, and later expressing
regret at having chosen those particular rabid weasels and that pair of
pants.
