At the moment, nothing. Remember, we also have a draft about .HOME and .CORP and .MAIL. ICANN says they're not planning to delegate those names, but they have about 20 active applications and $3.7M in application fees for those names which suggests that their plan may not be entirely final. That's why I think we need an ongoing way to identify names that should stay out of the DNS for engineering reasons.
