Hi Thomas, Thanks for the reply. Yes, I am using a virtualenv for this project. I'll try to stick it out with GeoDjango, but I really do not know what to do now to try to continue on with the install.
At this point in my Django career, I am pretty much a monkey banking on a keyboard when troubleshooting this type of issue. On that note, can you possible refer me to any program/documentation on how I would troubleshoot such an issue (stepping through code, checking variable values, etc). If and when I get this up and running, I'll have to put all of the info somewhere, for other peoples' reference.
