Thank you for the feedback. Very good points there. I forwarded it to our
team and we'll analyze in detail, since some of them discuss navigational
issues which we want to improve too. Here are some answers on the most
obvious points of yours:

On the issues of Clicking More Details and Switching to the next
untranslated resource: These are already fixed in a branch which we are
testing and will most likely be merged next week.

Agreed on showing more tooltips in the editor.

Concerning the default dashboard, new users choose their role and default
to the right one, your account was older so it defaults to the manager one.
Let us know if you'd like us to switch you to a default translator role.
