General thoughts.... 1) Training Would it be a good idea to pay for training for any ASF leaders (board etc) who wanted it?
2) Events Are there events around D&I with similar orgs that it might be worth sending people (board or committe members) to participate in? Or to bring people to ApacheCon. 3) Analysis Talk about bias in email groups made me wonder whether we could analyse the ASF public mail archives to produce statistics about the diversity picture - a supplement to the survey. 4) Outreach Is attracting a more diverse set of people part of the remit of this committee?
