The natural place for the FAQ and Resources information I have started collecting is under the diversity Wiki page, https://cwiki.apache.org/confluence/pages/viewpage.action?pageId=112820458

Now that the committee is official, what is the procedure for a non-member who is working on the wiki to get access?

In practicing Confluence on a local installation, I found that, by default, only links covered by a whitelist can be added. Especially for "Resources", I am going to need to add a lot of links. Most of that page will be links with commentary on each link. If we are using the whitelist, can I get permission to add to it?

Alternatively, if someone with the right permissions and Confluence experience is willing to do the actual editing I can start supplying proposed content.
