I saw Hiveminder suggested in another thread here and looked it over - I'm looking for some web app (either self hosted or SaaS-style, doesn't have to be free) that combines a ticketing system and some light project management features that would be good for two sysadmins to use. A system where I can assign tasks to the other admin, or he can bounce them back, etc. Any suggestions along those lines?
