Hi, Josh.  Did you have a chance to look into AsciiDoc?  What'd you think?
It might even be easier than wiki markup.

Since you're on a team, I seriously suggest you try the jelly-beans, or some
other reward.

Maybe make a game out of it - the ratio of currently updated pages is 80%
of total or above, the team gets taken out to lunch - and then raise that ratio
to 85%, etc.

To second what Matthew Barr wrote:  as I use configuration management more,
my documentation has decreased in direct proportion.
