There is actual legal precedent where they can't do these kinds of 
calculations.  Because they can't prove that you didn't take a shortcut, that 
some helicopter didn't come down and pick up your vehicle and fly you at high 
speed, etc....  I don't know if this legal precedent is applicable in all cases 
or in all states, but it is at least a consideration.

Certainly, there is a lot of risk of RFID tracking, whether that's in a credit 
card in your wallet, in your passport, or a sticker on your car.  Few people in 
this world give sufficient credit to that risk.
