What I did discover is that if you don't mention DevOps in the
job description, you will discover that there are people who
think that they are ready for a Senior Systems Administrator job
who cannot write a shell script, much less Perl/Python/Ruby/...

But the title is irrelevant, unless by DevOps you mean "we don't
need to hire dedicated operations staff anymore".
