Hello Related with: "open with double click", could be created a special element to link with other files. Even with a reduce capability (only open Dia files in the same directory) you could build complex jerarquical diagrams.
For example: a building (one square for each floor), clicking on each floor (link element) it will open another DIA file with increasing detail, etc. Example 2: UML master detail drive in... Many possibilities... A DIA supporter!!
