I’m most concerned that level-zero is not found. I think your using the wrong level-zero Intel-level-zero might still be a build-requirement (I’m guessing not, don’t have time to check), but it is looking for oneapi-level-zero (the level zero loader) https://src.fedoraproject.org/rpms/oneapi-level-zero/blob/rawhide/f/oneapi-level-zero.spec
