OneAPI support on Cycles Rendering for Blender is finally enabled on all but Fedora 41 (which will reach EOL in a few days) for Intel graphical cards, in addition to Ray Tracing. When running Blender 3D, "Preferences → System" should automatically activate OneAPI. Otherwise, check a graphic card under OneAPI tab on Cycles Rendering Devices.
