Yeah, though I do get notified specially when someone sets themselves
as a reviewer, which hasn't happened in that bug.

I don't understand. I set myself as the Assignee of this bug, and set
the status to ASSIGNED.

You mean that "fedora-review" set to "?" is for setting oneself as a reviewer?
