Technically, no.  What we have for packages is a voting system, like a
tug-of-war, where enough "yes" votes can override a smaller number of
"no" votes.  (except for critical packages, which must receive no "no"
votes, but those are exceptions)

A go/no-go poll, which is very common in the space program and
understood by many people, is not a vote - it's a checklist.  A single
no-go halts everything, and everything must be reported and be "go".
