Thanks! The %{shrink: …} RPM macro is not extremely widespread, but I know 
there are other packages, especially but not exclusively Rust-based packages, 
that use it to break long license expressions. I’m not able to investigate 
right now, but I suspect you may be pleasantly surprised to find that this 
accounts for a number of the packages that are flagged as problematic or hard 
to parse.
