Do you need isPlatformBrowser because of the tests? Do we need the changes in `zeppelin-web-angular/src/app/share/about-zeppelin/about-zeppelin.component.html` and `zeppelin-web-angular/src/app/pages/workspace/notebook/paragraph/paragraph.component.ts`?
