I am currently developing on CentOS 6 with devtoolset-3 in order to compile 
with ASAN.  Once I am ready to deploy to production, I remove ASAN and 
repackage.

I am slowly moving my development efforts over to CentOS 7, and hope to move 
our production environments to CentOS 7 in late Q3-Q4.

I would be +1 for these changes for 7.0.0.

I’m testing devtools-3 on our CentOS6 VM now, we’ll see how that goes. I’m 
thinking all it will need is the new gcc version. Here’s the instructions, I
