IWork13PackageParser already emits `preview.jpg` as the THUMBNAIL embedded document; the two other iWork package parsers emitted no embedded documents at all. Now the '09 parser emits `QuickLook/Thumbnail.jpg` (Pages, Numbers and Keynote carry it): the package is read as a stream, so the preview is held back until the content is written, then emitted. The '18 parser, which only detected the type so far, emits the package's `preview.jpg`.
