[dev] [sbase] missing tool - awk

Hello.
I notice awk is in the sbase TODO.
Why not just import Kernighan's awk[0]? He created the language after
all. And the program isn't legacy code (last update was on 2012). So
all looks fine.
Want to hear what you think.
