That's what i thought since my original request (in JIRA INFRA-2324)
was overlooked.
That being said, I haven't heard any complaints from current moderators about
the workload, nor have I seen any ill-moderated mail come through, so I'm not
entirely sure of the need for additional moderators at this point.
I understand, which is why I didn't submit another
request. That and my initial impression that one
had to be a ASF-committer in order to be a mod so
I let it go.
