Sorry about the wasted runs — that was my tooling gap on Windows (the format-check plugin silently skips there). All fixes are now pre-verified locally against the exact CI commands (checkstyle, format validation, tests) before pushing, and you can see the last 7 PRs went green on first run. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
