Small heads-up that applies to this PR and the whole series (#2120–#2128): after addressing the review round, I pushed one formatting-only commit per branch (import groups normalised to the single ASCII-sorted group the checkstyle config demands, constructors grouped in URLFilters, files reformatted with the google-java-format version the git-code-format plugin pins). No code changes. The workflow runs for those pushes are currently in `action_required` and need a maintainer's workflow approval before they start. Everything is verified locally: checkstyle clean on the full reactor, format validation clean, and the affected test suites pass. Once the runs are approved I'll confirm each PR turning green here. (And when you have a moment: #2117's CI needs urlfrontier-API 2.6 on Maven Central — latest release is still 2.5 — so that one stays red until the url-frontier release lands.
