You can find the website source here: https://github.com/apache/pulsar/tree/master/site2 It is a combination of Crowdin and Docusaurus. It looks like the top navigation is configured in Javascript while sidebars are json. My personal experience is recently in JBake (incubator.apache.org and www.openoffice.org) and Pelican (petri.apache.org and openoffice.apache.org). Pelican is Apache Infra’s preferred site builder.
