Hi JB,

No problem splitting it, as offered on the PR [3864].

I've created [3881] containing the textual changes for the LICENSE + NOTICE
files of the Polaris admin-tool and server modules.
3864 is in "draft" state because it now depends on 3881.

Separate from the Polaris admin-tool and server, the LICENSE and NOTICE
files for the Spark plugin also need to be fixed.
I have created a tracking issue for this [3873].

I think, 3864, 3881 and 3873 are currently blocking the release.
