You do have a point. We need an actual configuration guide. For the moment, though, I don't feel like dealing with that, so I think the FAQ is probably a reasonable place for now. At any rate, the new entries answer questions that users actually ask, even if they only ask them because the answers aren't adequately documented elsewhere. And I'm not convinced that having "how-to" documentation would actually head off all the questions.
