Exactly.  We have a single press contact address that goes to the PMC.
 That is because we have a single project.

In most cases the request is in English and any of us can respond.
Someone will often draft a response, circulate it for review and then
send it on.  In a few cases we've had a request for another language,
like German, in which case we identify a native speaker of that
language when possible.
